I trust you are well and centred, despite the outside restrictions. There was never the time like this in our lifetime, with all challenges and dreams building up at the same time. I needed to cry yesterday, to find later joy and connection with my neighbours, which was truly healing.
Today I am sharing with you the song / mantra which is inspired by the Kundalini Yoga and many artists who wrote their own versions of it. Chanting the powerful and beautiful words to and for ourselves is sometimes difficult to people. Years of conditioning created mixed feeling between seeing it as vanity or general lack of self-worth. In my view the most important ingredient on our path to transcending the shadow is self-love, gentle parenting of the self and celebration of who we are, right here, right now.
